Summary of Donations to Leonard Cheshire Disability
It was Peter's wish to return 'home' to Wales when he first became ill. He spent his last fifteen and a half years at Llanhennock where he was cared for by many devoted, compasionate carers and staff. When he was more able, he used enjoy trips out (U3A in Usk - to play bridge weekly), canal boat trips provided by the Willow Trust etc. Over the years, he participated in many trips and events provided by the Activities Team - so I feel that a gift specifically to Activities for the benefit of all Llanhennock service users would be a fitting tribute in his memory.
